Reilocity was founded on a simple belief: everyday people should be able to build wealth through real estate without the overwhelming complexity of managing deals, contractors, or property operations.
Steve Lawson, Founder of Reilocity, has spent nearly 30 years helping people build wealth through both traditional finance and real estate. After earning degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and becoming a CFP®, he spent nearly a decade as a financial advisor before shifting his focus to real estate in 2002 when he saw it produced stronger, more predictable results for his clients.
Over the next two decades, Steve built and operated multiple real estate businesses, including turnkey rental companies, rehab operations, and investor-focused platforms. His team renovated and sold more than 300 single-family homes between 2014–2016, earning him recognition as one of Forbes’ 10 Best Financial Advisors in Indiana. He also trained under industry leaders such as Ron LeGrand, Marko Rubel, Jay Conner, and Brent Kesler, and was an early member of the Collective Genius mastermind group.
In recent years, Steve used these same systems to grow his personal portfolio to over $30,000 per month in passive cash flow. He founded Reilocity to help investors build their own portfolios using proven processes for acquiring, rehabbing, and scaling rental properties in strong Midwest markets. Steve lives in Indianapolis with his wife Katie and their two children, Morgan and Cameron.
